HOLISTIC DWELLINGS, LLC
EMF Assessment & Mitigation / New Build Consultant
Removing EMF’s within the home includes electrical fields, magnetic fields, radio frequencies (RF), and microserge electrical pollution (dirty electricity). EMF removal along with natural building materials enhances the overall air quality within your home.
Sleeping is where our body rebuilds itself. Creating an eco-friendly bedroom supports healthy sleep patterns, benefitting one’s health and wellbeing. Static magnetic field deviation testing and bed mapping will reveal problem areas that can disrupt sleep.
Most interior moisture is generated from the bathroom. Proper ventilation without creating a negative pressure within the home is critical. Using building materials that convert moisture into vapor will resolve possible mold issues.
Enhancing air quality includes using natural building materials with hydroscopic properties, proper mechanicals that help ion balancing and support healthy humidity levels, maintaining a neutral pressure, and not using petroleum based synthetic materials, fabrics, and finishes.
There is a difference between EMF’s coming from outside the home (foreign) versus EMF’s coming from the inside the home. Identifying the exterior EMF’s involves testing for electrical current on incoming utility services (gas, water, and cable). Additionally, understanding how the laws of thermal dynamics affect buildings is critical when designing foundations, walls, and roof assemblies.
